Stall Holders Applications

Food Stall holders applications are now open!

Stall Holders are required to display an ‘Approval to Operate’ from Central Coast Council. If a Stall Holder already holds an Approval to Operate issued by Wyong Office of Central Coast Council they are not required to register with the Gosford Office.

All stalls need to be covered with at least $10million public liability

Stall Holders will need to provide the event with their Approval Number and Policy Document by the 31st of January 2019 to be included at the festival.

APPLICATION PROCESS

Part 1: Read, understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions Document (this document) Part 2: Complete the Online Application form, ensure the following are posted.

• Marquee / Food Van Size
• Photos of your site
• Copy of your current Public Liability Insurance policy
• Signed Agreement to Terms and Conditions (this document).
• Credit Card details (Payment will not charged until approved)

Part 3: Once approved, ensure all supporting documents are posted and up to date. Your credit card will be charged and you will receive an email regarding your acceptance. A receipt will be issued in a separate email.

Girrakool Blues Festival Food Stallholders T&C’s 2018

Unfortunately we have limited food stalls so we are looking for unique Soul Food Market Stalls. You increase your chances if you can offer healthy or organic options for all the family.

Please note that we have a no plastic policy at the Festival and food stalls must use recyclable products for serving.

Cutlery, plates, straws etc must be a biodegradable product (paper, bamboo, wood or cornstarch) and no glass or plastic is to be used.

Non – Food Stall Holders Applications

There will be 2 time period options for Non-Food Stall Holders.

“All Weekend Stall Holders (Fri – Sun)” – Vendors of all of types ( Clothing, Spices, Cosmetics, bric–a–brac etc) can apply and must attend during all festival trading hours.

“BBQ Competition Only Stall Holders (Sun Only)” – Only vendors more specific to BBQ can apply to attend the Sunday Only BBQ competition and must attend Sunday BBQ competition trading hours.

Girrakool Blues Festival Non-Food Stallholders T&C’a 2018

We are looking for unique specialty stalls. Stalls may be craft or art related, beauty products, clothing etc. If you have something unique we are looking for you.

We are looking for all natural, chemical free and ethically sourced products. These stalls will be picked over others, please indicate this in your application. You may be asked to only present some specific products you have outlined in your application.

Being an event for all of the community, it’s important to showcase charities that do great things. We also find it important to be able to educate the general public about certain issues that we are facing in the world today. We invite all charity, not-for-profit organisations to come to Girrakool to get your message across. We offer the stall site Free of Charge.
