While Girrakool Blues is FREE, if you feel you can contribute by making a donation or buying Girrakool merchandise, it will help immensely towards rising expenses and out of pocket costs.
Girrakool Blues is a free music event over 3 days. We help to contribute to the lives of musicians by providing a place for them to perform and to get exposure. We contribute to the music industry as well as attract visitors to the area which also helps the local economy.
Girrakool Blues is funded by the State Government and Central Coast Council, which we are extremely grateful for.
You may not know this but grant money must be allocated for at the time of the application. This then makes up the total amount of the grant.
We are all aware, however, due to many factors, everyday costs have risen across the board. Girrakool Blues is not immune to these price hikes and so, unfortunately since applying for these grants, our expenses have also increased, which is where your support will be directed.
