1. Eligibility

1.1 The giveaway is open to attendees of the Girrakool Blues Festival 2025 aged 18 years or older.
1.2 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Girrakool Blues Festival or Tamburlaine Organic Wines are not eligible to enter.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter, participants must register via the official entry form on the website, social media, or at the festival.
2.2 Registration requires providing name, email address, and consent to receive email communications from Girrakool Blues Festival and Tamburlaine Organic Wines.
2.3 Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email.

3. Earning Raffle Tickets

3.1 After registering, participants can receive raffle tickets by:

• Purchasing Tamburlaine wine at the festival bar – one raffle ticket per glass of wine purchased.
• Making a donation at the Girrakool Blues Festival merchandise stand – tickets will be provided based on the donation amount.
  3.2 Participants must show proof of registration (e.g., confirmation email on phone) to receive tickets.
  3.3 Raffle tickets must be placed in the designated barrel before the draw to be eligible.

4. Prize Details

4.1 The winner will choose between:

• A Premium Wine Tasting & Cheese Board for 4 at Tamburlaine’s Pokolbin Cellar Door.
• A 2-Night Stay for 6 Guests at “Tamburlaine on Pym” in Millthorpe ($1,500 value), including a VIP wine tasting & cheese board at the Millthorpe Cellar Door.
  4.2 Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
  4.3 The winner is responsible for all travel and additional expenses not included in the prize.

5. Winner Selection & Announcement

5.1 The draw will take place on stage during the festival (times to be announced).
5.2 The winner must be present at the festival to claim their prize.
5.3 If the winner is not present, another name will be drawn at random.
5.4 The winner will be contacted via the email or phone number provided at registration.

6. Privacy & Data Use

6.1 By entering, participants agree to receive promotional emails from Girrakool Blues Festival and Tamburlaine Organic Wines.
6.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties and will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General Conditions

7.1 Girrakool Blues Festival reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise.
7.2 Any attempt to tamper with entries will result in disqualification.
